FAQs

What makes Confixx different from its competitors?

Confixx differs from its competitors as we work directly with the manufacturer of all our products rather than purchasing through distributors or buyers agencies. This allows us to offer high quality products at a fantastic price as well as having greater quality control over the whole process.

How can you guarantee the quality?

Confixx has a network of contractors across the globe who will directly visit each factory periodically to ensure that all products being ordered do meet sour stringent standards.

How long will my shipment take to arrive where I need it?

It usually takes 6 to 8 weeks from placing to receiving the order. With so many variables involved in the process, it is hard to give a more accurate timeframe.

Is your products certified to use in Australia and do you provide a copy?

All of our products have been certified for use in the Australian market. We do show this certification when asked to the relevant building inspectors or other authorities, but for copyright reasons we can not send to anyone.

What is the ordering process?

To place an order you must first get in contact with one of our team members who will first issue a quote. Once that quote has been accepted a 50% deposit will have to be paid before the order is manufactured. You will be notified a week in advance of when your order will arrive in Australia. Once the order has landed we will require the remaining 50% before arranging delivery.

How is my order delivered and can I pick up myself?

All orders will be delivered to site using a crane truck for a small fee or you may come to our factory and collect at your will.

How do I know it’s not a scam?

To help protect all parties involved (both buyer and seller), a contract will be signed between both parties ensuring a smooth process and offering protection in case anything goes wrong.

Is there any insurance involved?

Confixx does have insurance for all orders.
